Can't seem to log in

After doing an upgrade of my Plex server I was attempting to log back in with the account I used to purchase my Plex subscription. Unfortunately it wasn’t accepting my password. I attempted to do a password reset and it said “there was an error trying to reset my password”. Now I know the email address is correct, (I’ve verified it about a dozen times) but I see no way to contact any sort of account support to correct the problem?

The Plex authentication server was down earlier today.

Try logging in again with your Plex Pass account.

If you still cannot login, contact Plex Billing, they should be able to assist.

Thanks for the info. I did have to get billing support to assist in the reset, I suspect from too many unsuccessful attempts, but all good now.
