Cant Validate my plex account

Hello, I am not sure where exactly to ask so I’m asking here. I an having an issue with my account validating. I had someone tell me they had the same issue and to post on here asking an admin to refresh the certs on my plex account and that should get it to where its validating properly. My username/pass works fine in app, on plex.tv and with server. Its just trying to validate plex account on multiple random third party apps that just never go thru, but i tried with my buddies new account and his works fine so it is something specific to my account, not the server setup.

Ok, can anyone tell me how to get real support if this is not the place?

on the page I put login info in and hit validate account and it does not go thru, but using another plex account works no problem. it is something specific to my account as it works with 3 other accounts that I have tried. Just my main account from forever ago doesn’t work. I was told by someone that had the same issue that I need someone from plex to refresh something to get it working as thats what they had to do

What exact app are you using when you try to sign-in with your account credentials?
Are you getting any error messages when you do so?

Do you have 2-factor authentication enabled on your account?

Plexripper. No error messages, just doesn’t validate. But can validate and save login info with no issue using multiple other accounts of friends. So it is not the app install, it is specific to my account. 2FA off

PlexRipper is not associated with Plex, so you need to seek support with them

I understand, it is MY account that does not work, 3 others do. It is an issue specific to my account. Another plexpass user i know said that he got on the forums here and that staff had to refresh something on his account to get it to go thru. That is why I am here. If plexripper could do it I would talk to them. But as I have tried to clearly state it is something specific to my plex account.

10/4, can i then close my account and have my plexpass moved to a new one? I ask because a brand new created account works so if I can’t get mine fixed I don’t mind creating a new one and deleting the old one.
