Can't get media info when refreshing metadata

Hello,

After scanning my library, all seems correct except that only the first 500 movies show the media info.

The rest of the movies dont have media info.

I tried refreshing all metadata, and a partial refresh metadata for specific items. Didn’t work.

Only if I open the page of the movie and go back, when i open again, the media info os shown correctly. I can’t do It for thousand of movies…

All the other metadata is correct.

Can you help me, please?

Refresh Metadata only cares about meta data.
You want ‘Analyze’.
