Hello,
I’m having some trouble getting metadata for a few movies (~30 movies out of ~800).
What happens :
I can manually refresh the metadata of a movie and I get all the infos (poster, etc) but when plex scans my files, most of those infos are wiped.
If I try to refresh all the medata on the server, it will not work for the few movies that I’ve been talking about
My main problem is that I’ve setup Tautulli with a webhook on a Discord server, and when Plex scans for file, Tautulli recognize those movies as “new” and I get spammed on Discord.
What I have tried :
- Updating PlexMediaServer
- Erase Plug-in Caches
- Change the agents / settings of the agents
What I saw on the logs is that I keep getting :

And these errors happens for the movie that have their metadata half wiped.
I don’t know where to look next…
