Can't get onto my friends server

Sorry i am a complete noob here, i have accepted my friends request and i can see him in my friend, BUT i cant seem to get onto his server. i cant even find where i would even do it. There are no options anywhere. The friend screen only shows his image or the option to block, report or delete him. I am on a windows laptop, android phone and a samsung frame TV. I have deleted, and re loaded the apps, cleared cache.

I did once get on his server, when i first logged in on my TV, i did the QR code scan to my phone and it offered my 2 options his server and mine. That option screen no longer happens!

Sorry if this has been resolved before.

A pure “friend” request does not mean that you get access to the Plex server of this friend.
For that, you would need an explicit invitation to share media.
Apparently, you have received such an invitation, but the other user deleted it before you could accept it.

(a mere “friendship” in Plex just allows you to use the “social” features of Plex, like following each other’s media consumption, showing each other’s Watchlists etc.)
