So a friend has added me to his server but I can’t find it on Plex. I can’t see any of his content. I’ve tried it on windows iPhone and android tablet he has linked me but I don’t see him. Please help

Is this friend able to use remote access to his own server?
And of course, his server needs to be up and running when you want to access it. Ask your friend if the computer or device with Plex server is always on.
