Remote Access not working, despite port forwarding

Hiya,

So having gone round the houses with this many times already: I have a server on a Mac Mini, my ISP uses dynamic IP so I have now paid for a static one as I just couldn’t get IPV6 to work remotely.

In the Router settings I have turned on UPnP, I have also created a forwarding rule shown below

I have set manual port forwarding to 32400 on Plex but it still won’t work. Any suggestions at all appreciated.

Personally, I would start testing

  1. If a service like canyouseeme.org is able to see the published port on your router
  2. If the IP recognized by that site matches the public IP listed in your server’s remote access settings and your router’s WAN IP.
