I just set upPlex Pass with Synology NAS. Plex finds the server and library but fails when I try to record a program. It says it doesn’t have write access. Server shows up in top left of program with green lock symbol. I’m guessing I need to go somewhere and unlock access but can’t find where. Pleasehelp!
Check the permissions of the folder that the recordings are going to. The Plex account should have read write access.
Where do I check the permissions? Plex Pass? Synology somewhere?

This is assuming you created a new shared folder for the recording:
Control Panel>Shared Folders
SELECT the folder and click edit, then permissions tab.
Found it! In Synology software. Not obvious or user friendly.
