Can't get Remote Access to work on Synology 1515+

I’ve been trying to access my server, from outside my house with full speeds, not limited to the 2 download with my premium membership. However, it keep saying " Not available outside your network" which i don’t understand why because i’ve opened the port on my router and the ip address. It says under “You currently have Remote Access enabled through a manually-specified port. If you wish to disable Remote Access, you will need to remove your manual port forwarding from your router.”

What am i doing wrong? Any help appreciated! To confirm i did open the port 32400 on my router, but that didn’t do it either.

I have a Synology Server, so would i check through there or just a regular pc? Could you tell me how i could check through Synology if i am supposed to check through there? Thank you!

Regular PC on the same network as the synology is fine.
