Plex Media Server 1.12.2.4929 was released yesterday as Beta
It allows for Number of Weeks for OnDeck to be zero

Same here, please create a setting to disable “On Deck” or at least fix the the “0” weeks option. The UI/UX is terrible with this feature, pushes everything down.
