Server Version#:1.21.0.3616
I have tried multiple times to upgrade my current server installation from version 1.21.0.3616 to version 1.21.1.3876. Every time it fails with an error trying to locate pms-shutdown.msi. I have searched my entire drive and that file does not exist. Any suggestions on how to get around this?
That is the issue. It was most likely deleted by some “uninstaller” software.
Or some kind of “registry optimizer” had its hands in the game.
Don’t use either of these. They do more damage than good.
