Cant log in and do not receive password reset email

Hi. I am using a temp account to use the forum because it seems the only way to be able to get support.

I cannot log in to my regular account (user: bloodyhawks email: jeff_gonth@hotmail.com). My passwords don’t work anymore and I did not receive the password reset email when I clicked the link. I checked and saw that noreply@plex.com was in my blocked senders list. I removed it and tried again but I still haven’t received any email. Anyone can tell me how to fix this?
