Hello,
I’m posting on behalf of my partner who cannot access his Plex account due to incorrect password and so cannot log into this forum.
He has requested a password reset email multiple times however this email has not been received.
His account settings have been checked to ensure that plex emails are not being rejected and the email is not in the junk folder.
If possible I would prefer to avoid posting account details on a public forum.
Any help would be appreciated!
