Cant log in on mobile

Selecting sign in with email in the app, redirects to a browser page where i put my login info, redirects back to the app but it doesnt log me in. Constant cycle of this and theres no way to contact support through the app cause it wont let me log in. I’ve tried uninstalling and clearing cache/storage but same issue

Any way to contact them over this? Looked through the contact page and theres nothing but general FAQs and articles that dont actually help

What do you take as a sign that you are not logged in?
It won’t show you the contents of your Plex server (if you have one), because there is no Plex server linked to your plex user account.
