New phone, can't login to Plex app

Upgraded to a new phone and can’t login to the Plex app (still works fine on old phone). When I enter my Username and Password (correctly, I triple checked my typing, and they are the same credentials that I used to login here topost this), I’m greeted with a popup saying “Sign in failed. User could not be authenticated”.

Incidentally, when logging in on a PC using a browser, AFTER I enter my Username & Password, I’m prompted for a 2FA code from my Authentication App. On my phone I was never prompted for that.
