Can't log in on new ROKU device

I swapped out a ROKU Stick+ for a current ROKU 4K to watch a game today. Everything is up to date, server included. Other ROKU devices able to log in.

Keep getting this screen and am unable to log in on JUST THIS DEVICE. How to I get around this. PLEX has become a full time support basket.

Any fix to this issue yet?
