Can't log in to plex account

I’ve got plex server installed on a QNAP NAS and after using it for years, suddenly when I attempt to access it via ROKU I am told that my credentials have expired. When I attempt to login to the website I’m told my password is incorrect. When I click on the forgot password link to get a reset link it NEVER gets sent. I actually had to create a new account using a different email just to post into this forum. WTF?
