I’ve got plex server installed on a QNAP NAS and after using it for years, suddenly when I attempt to access it via ROKU I am told that my credentials have expired. When I attempt to login to the website I’m told my password is incorrect. When I click on the forgot password link to get a reset link it NEVER gets sent. I actually had to create a new account using a different email just to post into this forum. WTF?

Provide as much detail as possible, like the email address of th eold account and any receipts you may have from buying your Plex Pass.
