Password Issue

Until yesterday, I was able to log into my Plex account with no issue, password was saved. Yesterday, it asked for the password, it’s not what I thought I would have used.

I can’t use the “Forgot Password” option, as I no longer have the email account it was created under.

I tried logging in with Facebook, it told me my password was changed 15 hours ago. I never changed it, and again, same issue, account was created under an older email.

There is no way to contact Plex other than the contact form. I tried that, no reply.

Any ideas?

That’s the only option, and I’m sure they’ll get back to you soon

They sent me a password reset, unfortunately it reset the password for the account I created to be able to post here, not the account I am locked out of. Hopefully they will resend a new reset so that I can try again.

Only if they know they sendt the wrong reset link!

Thanks for the replies. They have responded that they can help me as soon as I provide the correct info to prove I’m really the person who owns the account. I’m very pleased with the quick response and effort from Plex once this got rolling.
