Can't login on Samsung TV PLEX app - "frozen" login window

I’ve been using PLEX app at my UE55D7000 Samsung TV for years.

Recently PLEX wouldn’t connect (blank black screen) so I deleted and reinstalled the PLEX app (version 1.01900) updated 10.11.2016

Then when I entered the TV PLEX app it asks to login my Plex account, but the login window is „frozen”.

I can’t move between fields to type in the login data

When I try to connect with the Server, it says turn „Require authentication on local servers” off in Media Manager.

I can’t see this function in Media Manager. Probably it is already outdated.
What should I do?

You might wanna configure your router, it hands out always the same IP to the TV.
(usually called “DHCP reservation”)
