Been running a PLEX Windows 11 server at home with Smart TV’s and now my Samsung TV is getting this SCREEN I click NO and it FREEZES! Must turn off TV and back on again to PLAY PLEX.

What happens if you use the web client to go here:
https://app.plex.tv/desktop/#!/settings/account
and set the setting to Inactive?
Then can you get into your Samsung TV client?

Hey @Rickt1962. First of all, thanks for reporting the issue. We’re looking into it, and we are fixing the possible source cause of it. But to be sure your problem gets fixed, let me ask you: is the reported screen showing up on full or managed accounts?
No my family members login. I don’t use that TV
Everyone is on a Managed Account. I am the Home Admin
