Can't login with google (gray button)

Hello everybody !

I have a problem login into PMS from my computer.
Ican’t login using the google or facebok login. Both buttons are gray and I just can’t click on it.
As i remember the problem is very old but i decided to try to solve it now.

I have latest PMS version on a QNAP. I’m using latest firefox version on my PC to login.

Anyone have an idea ?

This is usually an indication of network connectivity (DNS error or IPV6/V4 error to be precise)
Please check the network settings.

If still not clear, add this package (PMSLibShare), written by Dane22, which gives you direct access to your Plex Library from File Station.

Once added, open filestation, drill into your Library / Plex Media Server and create a ZIP of theLogs directory.

Attach that ZIP file here and I’ll see what is happening.

I, Thx for the reply, I’m not sure to understand everything of what to do.
I forgot fo mention that the google login works with chrome on the same computer so i think that the problem come from firefox but i didn’t found it. Maybe a option that is active or inactive or something i need to check ?

Google login from your computer and authentication by PMS through google are two different paths but if you are seeing differences with different browsers for other things, you should recheck all your browser plug-ins

Sorry for the late. Was busy these days.
I tried different options in Firefox, tried to disable every plug-in but nothing changed… Google anbd facebook login buttons still remain grey for PMS login.
Does anybody have the same issue ?

I don’t think I’m the only one to use PMS with Firefox.

You aren’t the only one using PMS with Firefox but if Private window and with all plug-ins disabled does not work, you have another issue there. Firewall? Antivirus?

I don’t use any Antivirus. I only use the Windows 10 included protection.
Nothing blocked threw firewall…

Thanks for your help. It’s not a very important problem, I appreciate linking google account to other services but if it is not possible with Plex it’s okay. I just manage to solve it but i can live without this option activated ^^

I’m having the same issue (greyed out google in Firefox, works in Safari) on mac OS. Has to be some setting in firefox, but I’ve not been able to figure out which one.
