This is usually an indication of network connectivity (DNS error or IPV6/V4 error to be precise)
Please check the network settings.
If still not clear, add this package (PMSLibShare), written by Dane22, which gives you direct access to your Plex Library from File Station.
Once added, open filestation, drill into your Library / Plex Media Server and create a ZIP of theLogs
directory.
Attach that ZIP file here and I’ll see what is happening.
