Can't login with new user because I never created a password

Where do I go to set a password for a newly invited user

When I go to Plex home | invite Plex user

I can enter an email address and the invite sent.

Accepted invitation returns me to a sign in page

My options are 3 buttons (continue with Google, Facebook, apple) or email

I have newuser@mydomain.com however a create password email was never sent. Invited to share email was the only email sent

I tried Forgot password in hopes of resetting it but get no email to set a password

I can’t login with my new user. I need a password. Where is a password generated for invite new user?

You don’t create an account by inviting a person. If that user doesn’t yet have a Plex account, they’ll need to sign-up (instead of logging in)

So first the user must create a Plex account,

Then I share my library with an invite email request to be my friend?

You can invite them just the way you did. However if they don‘t yet have an own Plex account, they’ll need to use the „sign-up“ instead of the „sign-in“ option.
