I have reset my Qnap Nas a couple days ago. I am not able to access to Plex Media Server thru IP address. no media available on mobile app. please help!

Really difficult to tell what’s happening here from a snippet showing normal shutdown.

Given you can’t login, and you reset the QNAP’s network configuration.

1. Does the QNAP’s DNS and Gateway IPs point to your modem/router IP?
2. In the remote chance the server isn’t claimed, have you tried to open PMS using a Private (incognito) browser window? (The browser will keep cookies from the previous instance. Incognito mode ignores them)

I can see, at plex.tv, where you recreated the server instance overnight.

Once you’ve gotten back into the server and confirmed it’s properly reclaimed,

1. Check the manual port forwarding you have configured in your modem/router (PMS reporting stable remote access)
2. Restart all the mobile apps (They will continue to look for the old server instance until restarted – which is when they update the list of server ids)
