Can't Logon Remotely...

Hey Guys-

For some reason PLEX isn’t launching on my browser when I click “Launch”. I am able to login fine but when I click “Launch” the wheel spins for a few seconds and it brings me to this URL:

http://app.plex.tv/desktop?secure=0#

Which is just a black page with the PLEX Logo at the top and a spot for username and password. When I enter my username and password on that page the wheel just spins round and round forever and nothing happens.

I am able to login from the iOS apps fine and the movies and everything plays fine so I know the server is up and running but I cannot sign in via browser. This is a real issue b/c I need to do something and I am out of town and have no physical access to the server until next week.

Can someone please help me get logged in so I can access the server page??

try replacing secure=0 with secure=1

When I do that it brings me to this page…

I have never had any issues with logging into PLEX. I have been using PLEX since like version 0.7.8 or something…

Then click on ‘Allow always’.

Which browser?
Are you using any web browser extensions which restrict Javascript or such?

Ive tried it in both Chrome and IE. Same thing.

Please try again.
Close the web browser beforehand and reload the web page from scratch.
