Can't make editions to work

Hi! Just like the title says, I just can’t make the editions to work no matter what I tried, and here’s what I was doing so far:

  • upgraded the web app to the latest version
  • purchased PlexPass
  • named the folders / files per Plex docs:

  • made sure that I’m using the non legacy agent

  • deleted / re-added folders / rescanned library / refreshed metadata / tried capital e in editions, no matter what I do Plex will only show me one movie and 2 versions in the UI

At this point I’m just out of any ideas on what can be done and I literally paid the subscription just to enable the editions.
What am I doing wrong?

You can’t upgrade the web app. Whatever you upgraded, it was not the web app or the server.
The latest web app will always be at https://app.plex.tv

The local web app will be upgraded together with the server.
It appears you haven’t upgraded your server in a while.
