It’s been awhile since I’ve tried doing this, so I’m not sure if it started with this version, but I can’t move the libraries in my sidebar. My cursor changes to the gripping hand, but nothing happens when I click to drag.
I’ve tried in the direct connection to my server and through app.plex.tv using Edge and Firefox.
You click on the vertical ellipsis ⋮ first and select “Reorder”.
This is only possible in the regular sidebar mode. The order cannot be changed after you put the sidebar into the “MORE…” mode.

I’m in the middle of a few open, unsaved projects, but if you’re not having the issue, I’m thinking I’ll do a complete reboot the next chance I get.
You don’t drag the menu item around. You click on it, so you are putting the side bar into the Reorder mode.
Yes, and then how to do you change the order of the libraries?
To be clear, I started my explanation above at the point where I, in the past, have been able to move the libraries. They don’t move now.
Do you get your cursor changing into the hand at other steps in the process? I feel like I’m stating where I’m experiencing an error and you’re referencing two steps before. When do you ever see the ‘hand’ outside of Reorder mode?
I just rebooted my system and it took care of the problem. I forgot, too, that I had a TeamViewer window running on one of my monitors, which has caused weird copy/paste and keyboard issues with other apps in the past. So, I’m not sure if it was that or something just, for some reason, affecting both browsers. But, I should have rebooted before even posting.
