Cant play any content

I’m having an issue with my sever and clients where the fire sticks in my local network cant access any of my content and my android phone local or remote can’t play any content.

the server is on windows 10 and was running fine until yesterday. Ive not changed any settings and rebooted several times. not sure what to look at. I can play things on the PC that hosts the server.
