Can't play any media in Plex Media Player with secure connection

TLS was disabled back in 2016 already.

I’m surprised that it wasn’t enabled on your updated Windows 7 installations.
Because TLS 1.0 is considered ‘compromised’.

Did you install

  • Service Pack 1 for Windows 7
  • Internet Explorer 11 for Windows 7
    You need to have both.
