I have 2 x HDHomeruns HDHR4-2US fw: 20210624 and am recording all the Tokyo 2020 Olympics. Have recorded a few sessions already, impossible to play back (something which has always been pretty much instant). Then tried to actually watch this live, same issue. Then I tried just a different channel, it just chugs, stutters, garbage.
What’s happened here? Is anyone having this issue? I go to Kodi, try to play back the same MPEG2 files recorded, INSTANT playback.
Can someone explain to me why the Plex player is just so poor, seems it gets worse with every release instead of better.
