Player Version#: IOS Plex Version 6.10
After upgrade my Plex server to version 1.18.6.2368 and later, I can’t play my videofiles from remote. It’s always tells me that the bandwith is to small to play content.
I have to downgrade to version 1.18.5.2309 for it work again.
I have tried increase the bandwith for allowing it to work, but it will not work, nomatter what I do.
It only helps when I downgrade to an earlier version.
Log files (DEBUG logging) ZIP , which captures this happening, are needed to assist.
Can you recreate the failure, capture the logs, and attach them?
Here I have recreated the error, after I have activated the detailed debugging logging.
The app is telling me that it can’t play the content, when there is no codec present for streaming the stream.
It worked with the earlier versions of the server. The failure started after I upgraded the server to version 1.18.6.2368 and the versions after that.
When I downgrade to version 1.18.5.2309, it working again.Plex Debug.zip (3.6 KB)

Hey. Why can’t we get any support, when we have problems with remote streaming.
It will not play content, on remote access, after I upgraded to latest Serverversion.
I need to downgrade to have it working again.
