I assume it’s a permissions issue but I am going around in circles trying to find an answer; I am a Plex Pass (lifetime) user and the only way to get tech support is via the forums, but them I can’t post to some forums (e.g. the WD Nas forums) to ask the questions.
I searched and cannot find an FAQ or a support page. Maybe I’m just special.

I did try to find a “why can’t I post to the forum” type FAQ but failed, that’s all. You have fixed my account, so thanks very much! FAQ no longer required for me, but others may have similar issues.
