Can't reclaim server

Server Version#: 6.23-25426 Update 2
Player Version#: 4.34.4

I’m running Plex on a Synology 416play

Was having some issues accessing the media and tried to do a manual update. Still didn’t work so I then followed a FAQ article (25) to try to access the media but it didn’t work and now I can’t reclaim the server.

Would love any support. Am attaching the logfiles.

First, thanks so much for taking the time to respond.

I followed all the instructions (also no idea about the IP addresses/adapters - not something I completely understand to be honest but there’s only one port being used - but I did the bonding).

Unfortunately it’s still not letting me claim the server and I’ve also noticed that it says that I need to update to the latest software (I’ve tried updating a couple of times but it still says that - even tried uninstalling and reinstalling).

If you have any more ideas I’d love to get back in somehow…

Ok I’ve fixed it! Was a Synology issue - can’t really explain what but I noticed that I also couldn’t access my DDNS and they solved it for me.
