Synology ds418 unable to claim server

I have tried reclaiming, deleting, making a new plex account, and I am unable to get this back to working. It was working and after an upgrade stopped. Now it does not allow me to claim server. Please help. I have included my logs.

I have rebooted. I also forced the nas to a new IP address. Still no go. it did flash a message saying unable to login to plex. I logged out and back in… and it still does not work.

Another odd thing… is that it tells me there is a update…

Version 1.20.3.3483 An update is available. Please install manually..

it is at the latest version

I tried turning off my firewall on the router… also disabled on my pc… and is not running on the DSM. I blew away everything and started over per instructions (deleted user, share, and uninstalled) rebooted and same issue.
