Can't reclaim Plex Media Server

Hi everyone,

I’m struggling with this one. I had recently a crash of my network and had to reboot it. Nothing really extraordinary but since then I struggle to make plex work again.
1st - I had issues with the private IP adres that was unknown.
2nd - I deleted my whole Plex Media Server on my Synology and started from scrap… But… !

I can’t reclaim my server anymore:

I don’t know what I can do to resolve this issue.

I already tried and got the ‘Claimed by: YourPlexUsername’ message but when I tried to open the plex server I have the following error: ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

When I try to build it from scratch and try to pairing it afterwards I receive these messages:

An error occured when trying to open your plex session
A problem happenden while reclaiming this server
