Cant Remove plex Server from Netgear readyNas RN104

Plex is no longer working and NAS has become very sluggish. Tried to remove Plex app via the Netgeaer web interface. I click remove, but nothing happens. I cant launch the Plex program.

How can I remove the app and reinstall?
