Plex not working on QNAP NAS TS-251+, unable to remove or re-install PLEX application

Server Version#: TS-251+ FW 4.3.6.0907
Player Version#: 1.15.3.876

Since last restart of QNAP NAS, Plex no longer working, Unable to open, remove, install.

Can anyone advise on how to remove completely / manually, so I can reinstall Plex Server.
