If I try to update my email address I get an “Unknown Error”.
If I try to verify my email address, it does not go to a verify email address password email. It goes to a reset password email.
If I try to reset my password using the link, it just sends me another email saying to reset my password. It is a circular loop.
So, I can not verify the email on file, change my email address nor reset my password.

I think it is great that PLEX has NO tech support. Why am I paying subscriber when I cannot get technical help? This whole thing is probably tied to the data breach and PLEX has messed up email verification by tying it to password reset that obvious is not working. I am not impressed. I will cancel my acct if I don’t get help within 48 hrs. This is pathetic.

Sorry, both as you clearly knows, we are currently swamped helping people to reset their passwords, as well as claiming their servers again
What you are seen, is most likely a symptom of our servers currently taking a heavy load, so the best I can suggest for now, is that you wait until tomorrow to try and change your email

Is the password 8 characters long as a minimum, and not the same as you used before?
Does not work. It always says passwords must match in red, even though they do, and the updated password cannot be saved. And yes, it is 8 characters and has not been used before.

So why can’t we all get the link? I am having the same issues. I reset the password, then go and use it and Plex says invalid password.
My guess is the link is user specific.

Thank you., I used it and had success in changing the PW. However, my old account seems to be gone, the account that was jsut reset appeared new this morning. Not sure why, but I can log in to plex, but of course my server and content is missing. Not sure how to reclaim, as I hear people talkning about…
