My server has remote access enabled, and shows as fully accessible. I even disabled and re-enabled it. However, my PlexAmp Android app will not search for anything, and shows an error message of “Whoops we had an issue getting data from [server], and we’re pretty bummed about it”. When I try to access the server from a remote Windows desktop, it says my server is unreachable.
The only thing I can think of that changed in the last few days was the recent Plex update, which was issued to address some security issue (can’t remember the details).
Anyone else having these issues? Any solutions?
