Remote access not working with android app, but server is online

Hello,

Today I was using plex amp on my android phone outside my network and suddenly it stopped working. Now Plex android app says my server is offline and Plexamp too.

But server is online and remote access works properly, as you can see in the pic:

Playback inside my network works fine.

I tried almost everything: logout and login everywhere, uninstall and reinstall android apps, disable remote access and enable again…

Any help?

Hi. I finally managed to make to work the remote access.

First I went to https://canyouseeme.org/ and checked that my port 32400 was not open, although Plex server told me that remote accces worked properly.

Then I opened the port 32400 for my server static ip on my router. It’s very weird, because this port was theorically already open in my router (Scout’s honor), but the fact is that the port forwarding had dissappeared from the router, so I’ve had to do it again:

And now at https://canyouseeme.org/ the port 32400 is open:

So, for the moment, remote access is working. What I don’t understand is why it stopped working when I was away from home, without even touching the router, and with the plex server telling all was ok:
