Can't see Desktop Browsers as a casting devices on one of two phones

Both phones are Android Pixel 4 (non-XLs) running the latest Android update.

On my phone running the latest Plex beta I can see desktop browsers in our network that have Plex open as IE “Firefox Plex Web” and cast to them. On my wife’s phone running the latest stable release, those devices do not show up in the casting menu. We have tested with Plex open on two different desktops using both Firefox and Chrome, and see the same behavior (I can see them regardless of PC or browser, she can’t see any of them). We are using different Plex Android client versions, but I did not think this was new beta functionality and don’t see anything about this in the beta changelog.
