I purchased an NVIDIA Shield Pro and have it connected to an HDHomeRun Prime box with a cable card. I’m running Plex Server on the NVIDIA (latest version - Sept 2017). I signed up for Plex Pass yesterday and cannot configure the DVR or Live TV on the NVIDIA and in settings in the server settings in the online app don’t show the DVD and Live TV settings. I’m not quite sure what to do at this point beyond wiping the NVIDIA and starting over. Is there something I’m doing wrong?
So I did a factory rest of the NVIDIA shield and started over. It did not fix the problem - still can’t see DVR/Live TV settings to set any of it up. Could it have been a billing problem when I susbscribed to plex pass? Do I delete the account and start over?
What is the pms version installed on your Shield?
I just figured that out - I had an old version but it wasn’t updating. I figured out how to update it and DVR and Live TV are working now.
