Why do I not see DVR set up in settings?

I want to stream live tv into my plex server at home

I have followed those instructions and still do not have the HomeRun device showing up and yes I am a plex pass lifetime account

What version is the Plex Media Server software on the Shield? If you did not login to your google play store account and install the latest version then you are running the version that Nvidia ships on the Shield which is pre DVR. You must login to your google play store account and install the latest Plex Media Server version.

I am using the most up today version of the software availble in the google play store.
I have had some issues with NVidia Sheild and have had to reinstall now I can’t get live tv back

Screenshot showing your Plex Media Server version or logs would be nice. How are you trying to configure the Server? Browser? If so, what browser? The more information you can provide the better.

and i am using chrome 3.55.3

Like I said in my first post you need to login to your google play store account and install the latest Plex Media Server. The version that ships with the Shield is pre DVR. Even though it says installed you must click the install link to update to the latest version.

I found out why it wasn’t working, I had to clear cache in my browser. It didn’t see the upgrade. Rolling eyes.Thanks your all your assistance.
