Cant seek when playing back original quality

Hi,

When playing back media from my iPad or iPhone, I cannot seek further than what’s already been buffered. I need to switch to “Convert Automatically” before I skip to where I was. Is this a common or known issue? Is there a solution for this?

Any help would be appreciated.

I got the exact same issue… Have tried downgrading on both the server and plex for windows, without any progress. I have also noticed that it have something to do with the quality;

nvm, I found the issue for me atleast. I changed from my open port thru the FW to go thru docker container and CF, guess there are some limitations when using the port thru docker and CF. When I tried the open port again it worked like a charm (Y)
