I’ve noticed this since a few months, and it’s very annoying.
If I try to seek a video either by double tapping on the left side of the iPad screen, or touch-dragging the little playback circle backwards by 10 seconds, or even a few minutes, the video goes forward instead of going back. And this repeats 5-10+ times. At some point it stops doing that, but sometimes I need to cancel playback and restart it.
