Can't select correct channel in channel lineup

I have the same issue here on a brand new install on a win 7 machine. The problem is I cannot chose the correct guide channel in the manage channel dialog box. I have this problem on a number of channels but for these pictures, channel 35.1 is the one I’m focusing one.

The hdhr correctly identifies the channel as 35.1 wofl-dt.

Plex correctly lists the channel as 35.1 and has the correct station name in the device channels column. However wofl-dt does not show up in the guide channels pulldown. The only option I have for channel 35.1 is wspf.

This means that the channel guide data for this channel is incorrect and I can’t schedule recordings for this channel.

I have this problem for a number of channels, but 35.1 (local fox station) is the only one that is really an issue and prevents me from using the plex dvr.

I’m just updated to 1.17.0.1841 and the problem is still present. I don’t remember what version I first installed but it should have been the previous one.
