Can't select quality

Server Version#:1.19.4.2865
Player Version#: 1.11.0.1215-1d8c460c

I can’t select the original quality and select quality higher than 720p. In addition, when I click on “Show All”, nothing happens.

That’s because either

  • the client has only a relay connection to the server (which is limited to a bandwidth maximum of 2mbps for Plex Pass holders)
  • the server has set a limit of 2 mbps for each outgoing remote stream

If the client is sitting in the same local network as the server, it might have issues with DNS or ‘DNS rebinding protection’. https://support.plex.tv/articles/206225077-how-to-use-secure-server-connections/

Another thing to check: if the server is running inside a “container” or “virtual machine”, it should use the network connection of the “host” and not a “NAT’ed” connection.
