Judging by the user interface, this looks like a very old and unfortunately no longer supported version of the app.
One of the TV’S is brand new and they both have the latest app available and we’re working 4 days ago. Then went to start up and it says it cannot connect to the media server at all.
The style of the user interface in your screen shot is definitely that of a very old Plex app.
While it might be true that you bought the TV just recently, but the development of said TV is several years old. (Which means it’s operating system and the software features it supports.) And therefore it is unfortunately “too old” and no longer supported.
