Because I can’t reset my password anymore, after I couldn’t login to my gmail account, due to problems with advanced security program :\

So simply wait it out, for now.

No, this was not Personal Message. 
This account still saw unsuccessful logins via the Google account and via (a very outdated version) Plex for Windows.
So either the link between your plex.tv account and your Google account got damaged and you also don’t remember the password for the plex account (that is when you select not “Login with Google” but simply use your Gmail address as your username).
Do you see the “Forgot [password]” link on the “Sign In” page on https://www.plex.tv/ ?
Use it. Then wait for the email to arrive in your Gmail box. Don’t neglect to look into the “spam” folder.
Upon next attempt, use the last option:
Use a web browser without any add-ins activated. No VPNs or other shenanigans.
Avoid Microsoft Edge or Brave browser. Use the ‘incognito’/‘privacy’ mode of your web browser to prevent old cookies or stored website data from interfering.
If I do this, it sends an email to [redacted], which I can’t acces anymore.

Yeah that’s what I said in the first message 
You have something that is trying to log in every 5-10 seconds, then after a bunch of failures it blocks the IP. Do you have something like Tautulli or some other scripting or automation app that can access your server?
If your other account has a Plex Pass then email plexpass@plex.tv and they may be able to help you out with accessing the account.
I was still logged in to my phone, now its logged out. If its not that, I wouldn’t know what is causing the logins
