Plex.tv authentication issue

As I continue to debug a larger problem, I performed this, can someone tell me if I’m missing something?

  1. Created a brand free new email account (outlook.com based)
  2. Created a new account on plex.tv
  3. Received the verify your account email - which I verified
  4. Tried to sign in with new account - Get the following:

Can someone from Plex please help, I’m locked out of everything because I can’t access https://plex.tv/link to connect my players.

If you did that because you couldn’t log into your old account, there is no fix. Plex blocks your IP temporarily. You just have to wait it out. It shouldn’t be more than 2 hours from the last failed attempt.
